•  After then the land purchased for yoga narasimhar temple    near lakshmi narasimhar temple  kulakarai (so this  perumal called kulakarai perumal)

•  Then construction  was done by sangam then sombra shanan has been done on 2006    
•     
•  From this temple yearly parwati utsavam this conducted by sangam from 2006 yearly margalie month bajanai is  done by sangam 
•     
•  2nd sombra shanan is done in the year of 2009   
•      
•  Yoga narasimhar moolavar is prethedai & uther prethesdai done in 2nd sombroshanam
